Roadster WireWorks Return Policy

At Roadster WireWorks, every product is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Because our products are electrical components intended for vehicle installation, returns are subject to the following policy.

Returns

Unused, uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be in new, unused condition.
• Not have been plugged into a vehicle, ECU, or wiring harness.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Be free from damage, modification, or signs of installation.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance and customer safety, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Any product that has been plugged into a vehicle or electrical system.
• Any product that has been installed, wired, modified, or otherwise used.
• Products with damaged, altered, or missing components.
• Custom-built or made-to-order products.

Because we cannot verify how an electronic product has been used once connected to a vehicle, any product showing evidence of electrical connection or installation is considered used and cannot be resold as new.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Authorization

Returns must be approved before they are shipped back. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization before sending any product.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
