By accessing this website or purchasing products from Roadster WireWorks ("Roadster WireWorks," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Roadster WireWorks designs and manufactures aftermarket automotive wiring products for high-performance and enthusiast applications.

While we strive to ensure all information is accurate, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. Roadster WireWorks reserves the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders affected by such errors.
3. Intended Use
Our products are intended for installation by a qualified automotive technician or an individual with sufficient automotive electrical experience.
The purchaser is solely responsible for verifying compatibility with their vehicle, engine management system, and intended application before installation.
Improper installation, configuration, or use may result in vehicle damage, component damage, or personal injury.
4. Racing and Off-Road Use
Many Roadster WireWorks products are intended primarily for racing, competition, or off-road use unless otherwise specified.
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws governing vehicle modifications, emissions equipment, and road use.
5. Technical Support
Roadster WireWorks provides technical support for its own products.
Support for third-party ECUs, tuning software, custom wiring, or modifications performed by others is provided solely at our discretion.
Technical documentation, wiring diagrams, connector pinouts, CAD files, and other proprietary information may only be provided to verified customers and remain the intellectual property of Roadster WireWorks.
6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, wiring layouts, documentation, software, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Roadster WireWorks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
7. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted upon successful payment.
Roadster WireWorks reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or suspected unauthorized resale.
8. Shipping
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Roadster WireWorks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Title to and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Returns
Returns are governed by the Roadster WireWorks Return Policy.
Products that have been installed, modified, or connected to any electrical system are not eligible for return.
10. Warranty
Warranty coverage, if offered, is governed by the Roadster WireWorks Warranty Policy.
Damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, unsuitable calibration, misuse, modification, electrical faults, racing incidents, accidents, or incompatible equipment is not covered under warranty.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roadster WireWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use our products.
Roadster WireWorks' maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to that claim.
12. Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Roadster WireWorks, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the installation or use of its products.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
14. Changes to These Terms
Roadster WireWorks reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on this website and will become effective immediately upon publication.
